About M&M Patternmaking
Our Purpose & Approach
At M&M Patternmaking, our focus is on producing patterns that perform reliably in real manufacturing environments. Every project is approached with a clear understanding of how the pattern will be used — from the casting process through to the final product.
We work closely with clients, designers and foundries to ensure accuracy, durability and consistency at every stage. Whether producing a single-use pattern or a long-life production tool, our aim is to deliver a solution that supports quality outcomes downstream.
Capability & Technology
Our operation is led by Peter Morrison, a master patternmaker with over 40 years of experience in the foundry and patternmaking industries and former Apprentice of the Year (1982). Our team of engineering patternmakers and tradespeople bring more than 200 years of combined shop-floor experience, mentoring the next generation of tradesmen and continuing a tradition of excellence.
Experience & Standards
Our team brings decades of hands-on patternmaking and foundry experience to every project. This practical knowledge informs how patterns are designed, built and finished to ensure consistent results and reliable performance.
We maintain high standards of workmanship, workshop safety and quality control, with a strong focus on attention to detail, collaboration and reliable delivery.
